What is Nero Technology?
 
Unlike conventional wire-wick vaporizers, the NERO technology uses a thin inert* nickel-alloy plate operating at 800 degrees Centigrade when it is energized; this is the self-cleaning mode. At this temperature it glows red hot vaporizing any residual organic byproducts. When a liquid or wax is placed on the plate, it instantly cools down to 200 to 300 deg. C, at which the material vaporizes, and then returns to the self-cleaning mode, when the material is depleted.
 

Can I change parts between different models?

  • Parts are NOT interchangeable between different models. For example, you cannot use a Joye 510 atomizer with a KR808d-1 battery. However, adapters are available  for certain models which could make this possible. Also, some models use parts from other models. For example, the DSE905 uses DSE901 atomizers. If you are unsure of which parts to purchase, feel free to send us an email or live chat us for faster response or shop by model on the upper left side of the website.

Are batteries charged when I get them?

  • Batteries are shipped with a 30% charge. It is recommended that you charge your batteries before use.

Do you offer and where can I find coupon codes?

  • Yes, sign up for our newsletter to receive coupons and news. Coupons can also be found on our facebook page.
 
Declined Orders
 

I tried making a purchase, why was my transaction declined?

  •   Here are the two most common errors that we get:
  1. The billing address did not match the billing information for the card. Please be sure to enter the billing information for that credit/debit card. You can enter a different shipping address.
  2. Your credit/debit card has security features that may require you to call them to tell them that you are making this purchase.
  3. If you're using paypal account please verify if you have enough funds to support the transaction amount.

My credit/debit card was declined, why was my account charged?

  •   Although your card was declined, the funds are held by your card issuer. These funds are released after 2-3 business days.

Order Information

How do I know when my order is shipped?

  • An automated email will be send to you to serve as confirmation of shipment.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my cart?

  • Email us at contact us page or live chat with us to make changes to your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

How do I find a product?

  • To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may (1) use the navigation menus on the top, left & bottom of our website. (2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.

I have a question on my charges.

  • Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.

How do I use my coupon?

  • After adding items to your cart, proceed to checkout. There is a box on the upper left hand corner on the second page of checkout. Enter your coupon code exactly as you acquired it (capitalization matters).

Can I order items on backorder?

  • No, we do not back order. We only sell items that are in-stock. If you were able to checkout and pay for an item then that item is in our warehouse and ready for shipment. Unless there was an error, in which case you will be notified.
